Your results, explained by a doctor
Many home tests just send you numbers. With MeCheck, every result is reviewed by a GMC-registered GP from Northwest Health, a CQC-registered clinic.
Normal results: you'll receive an email explaining your report and how to keep your fertility healthy.
Results slightly outside the normal range: your GP explains what they mean, what can help, and when to retest.
Results that need discussing: your GP will invite you to a phone or video consultation, included in the price, and advise on next steps such as further tests or referral.

FAQs
For a Wix FAQ element on the product page.
How accurate is a home sperm test? Your sample is analysed in a laboratory by an HCPC-registered andrologist, following World Health Organization guidelines, the same standards used for clinic testing.
How long do results take? Once the lab receives your sample, the report is usually ready within a working day. Your GP review follows within 2 working days.
Who reviews my results? A GMC-registered GP from Northwest Health, a CQC-registered private clinic. They review every report personally, not just abnormal ones.
What if my results are abnormal? Most results outside the normal range are mild, and sperm quality varies a lot between samples. Your GP will explain what your results mean and when to retest. If your results need discussing in more detail, your GP will invite you to a phone or video consultation, included in the price.
What if my sample can't be analysed? If your sample can't be analysed for a reason that isn't your fault, such as a postal delay, we'll send you a replacement kit free of charge.
How should I prepare? Allow 2–5 days without ejaculation before collecting your sample. Avoid collecting it if you've had a fever or illness in the last few weeks, as this can temporarily affect results.
Is it discreet? Yes. Your kit arrives in plain packaging, and your results are shared only with you.
Can I share my results with my own GP? Yes. Your GP review email is written so you can forward it to your own GP.
Who can use the test? Men aged 18 and over living in the UK.
